Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; some undergraduate business or trade school training preferred.
• 4 years’ experience and/or training including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills/concepts required.
• Valid driver’s license, Fork truck operator’s license, JLG operator’s license required

Responsibilities

• Conduct shift rounds to inspect systems and equipment and document performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctioning equipment (HVAC, life safety, plumbing, electrical).
• Repair systems and components, including pumps, valves, wiring and electrical panels.
• Manage parts ordering, PO creation, vendor management, and attend project meetings.
• Document work results in CMMS and communicate status to customers.
