Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 for The Oaks Apartments, Reynoldsburg, OH. The role focuses on unit make-readies, routine maintenance, and customer service for a 181-unit community.

You will work with a team to perform repairs, participate in inspections, and handle snow removal and preventative tasks. A valid license and high school diploma are required; EPA/CAMT/CPO certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• EPA Type I & II, CAMT, and/or CPO certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit make-readies and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Carry out basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, painting).
• Participate in move-in/out inspections.
• Support inventory management of maintenance items.
• Respond to after-hours emergency requests.
