Monarch is hiring a Maintenance HVAC Technician II for Creekside at Taylor Square Apartments in Reynoldsburg, OH. This on-site role supports making ready units, responds to maintenance calls, and performs preventative work in a multi-family setting.

The position requires HVAC or EPA Certification, plumbing/electrical/appliance knowledge, and a willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call program. Competitive benefits include 401k, paid holidays, and employer-paid training.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA Certification required.
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills.
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Electrical knowledge: outlets, switches and fixtures.
• Experience repairing appliances and water heaters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal
