Job summary

Ackermann Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician 2 for Austin Park Apartments in Miamisburg, OH. You will perform unit make-readies, general maintenance, and on-call emergency support to ensure a well-maintained community.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and certifications such as EPA Type I & II, CAMT, or CPO are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA Type I & II, CAMT and/or CPO certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit make-readies and routine maintenance requests.
• Assist with snow removal, grounds upkeep and equipment care.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC and painting tasks.
• Participate in move-in/out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls.
