Qualifications

• HVAC experience is required.
• At least one year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Specialized training: Multi-family property management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and debris-free and perform regular repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting, including sweating copper.
• Electrical wiring, lighting fixture installation and repair.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Coordinate with management to complete requests within 24 hours.
• Prepare units for turnover and ensure cleanliness.
• Update work orders in the PM software.
