Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to rotate on-call schedule.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team.
• Read and understand maintenance policies and safety SDS sheets.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Familiarity with paint types and tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and facilities.
• Complete service requests promptly and to company standards.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems and components.
• Assist in interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
• Conduct hot works (braze, solder, weld) per Vivmark standards.
