Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, ensure turn-key readiness for vacant units, and perform preventative maintenance to sustain property condition.

You will join a safety-minded team, handle on-call rotations, communicate with residents, and adhere to all policies, procedures, and PPE requirements to deliver reliable service and quality living spaces.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-call schedule in rotation with the team each month.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Ability to read policies, SDS and PPE guidelines.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing and major appliances.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready quickly.
• Performs preventative maintenance on community assets.
• Assists in interior/exterior painting as needed.
• Maintains a safe work environment following policies and procedures.
