Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to embrace a hands-on role maintaining apartment homes and delivering a high quality living experience. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facilities.
• Completes service requests and repairs in line with standards and timeliness.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions and nonfunctioning equipment.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering and welding within standards.
