Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Frisco, TX. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems to keep the community in top condition and service requests completed promptly.

With 2-3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-call rotation availability, you’ll work to ensure vacant homes are rent-ready and participate in preventative maintenance, safety, and proper chemical

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents to provide customer service.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures including safety policies and SDS.
• Knowledge of PPE and ability to use properly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety by following Vivmark policies and procedures.
