Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks in our apartment communities in Washington, DC. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with painting, and ensure service requests are completed promptly to maintain residents’ high quality of living.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license; on‑call rotation will be part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotation.
• Ability to read policies, SDS and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses and repairs problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner following standards.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent‑ready promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting as needed.
