Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance issues in our apartment communities. You will handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure units are move-in ready while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in an on-call schedule.

Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance work experience, including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team.
Strong communication with team members and residents for quality service.
Ability to read and follow policies including Key Control, Turnover and Maintenance Emergency procedures.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, SDS and safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
Complete service requests and repairs per company standards in a timely manner.
Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely fashion.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
Assist with painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
Maintain a safe workplace following safety policies and procedures.
