Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Fairfax, VA. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, keeping apartment homes in top condition, and completing service requests promptly.

You will contribute to a safe, well-maintained community and support on-call rotations as needed. You have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and follow safety policies, PPE usage, and housekeeping

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to participate in monthly on‑call rotation and provide good customer service.
• Familiarity with safety policies and proper handling of chemicals and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure units are rent-ready when needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting interior/exterior surfaces.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies.
