You will handle work orders, take part in make-ready processes, and document service activity accurately. Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, strong electrical/plumbing skills, and prior multifamily experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Strong electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and preventive maintenance on the property.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours and complete make-ready tasks.
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately for service requests.
• Track inventory and inform supervisor of re-ordering needs.
• Assist in ensuring efficient maintenance operations under supervision.
