Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Everett at East Cobb in Marietta, GA. You will perform daily repair and upkeep, respond to work orders within 24 hours, complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes, and document service requests accurately to support leasing and operations.

Requirements include prior multi-family housing experience and HVAC certification. Electrical and plumbing skills, irrigation knowledge, and a proactive approach to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing.
• HVAC Certified is required.
• Electrical & plumbing skills, troubleshooting ability.
• Irrigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responding to work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
• Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be documented and tracked.
• Tracking inventory used and notifying maintenance for re-ordering.
