Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to perform, diagnose, and complete maintenance tasks across our communities. The role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs, with responsibilities ranging from make-ready apartments to pool upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• EPA/HVAC Certification required.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance per company policy.
• Maintain building and common area upkeep daily.
• Promote good professional relations with residents, coworkers, and staff.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company policy.
• Complete special projects as needed.
