Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support our apartment communities. The role involves handling complex work orders, mentoring junior techs, and leading preventative maintenance efforts, with required HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities include diagnosing repairs, restoring vacant apartments, assisting with pool maintenance, and completing preventive maintenance per company standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification, CPO Certification, and Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for the next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Maintain building and common areas daily and mentor maintenance team.
• Promote positive resident relations and participate in on-call emergency service rotation.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and complete special projects as needed.
