Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and support daily community upkeep in Durham, NC. HVAC certification is required, and a valid driver’s license is a must for this on-site role.

You’ll join a supportive team, work across the community, and have opportunities for career growth through their Living It culture and development programs.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/ HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
