Qualifikationen

• HVAC certification is required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification required; CPO Certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for move-in per company standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and common areas daily; keep grounds neat.
