Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to uphold clean, well-maintained communities. You will diagnose, perform repairs, and ensure ready-to-move-in units while supporting pool care and preventative maintenance.

A EPA/HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to join an on-site team are required. The role offers growth, a supportive team, and a path to advancement.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/ HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
