Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II who can independently handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and maintain clean, ready-for-move-in apartments across the community. You’ll work with a team that supports you and values your contributions.

The role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs. A High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and on-call availability are expected, with

Qualifications

High School or GED equivalent required.
HVAC certification required; EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
Maintain building and common areas daily; keep grounds neat and free of litter.
Promote good relations with residents and staff; embody the Live It culture.
