Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in the United States. The role handles work orders, assists with preventative maintenance, and supports day-to-day upkeep across the community, requiring HVAC certification and knowledge of routine repairs.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED, plus two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and EPA/HVAC certification are required; CPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required and a working knowledge of routine repairs.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA/HVAC certification; CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy and guidelines.
• Promote safety and follow OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call emergency rotation.
