Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to manage work orders, perform routine repairs, and support day-to-day upkeep across our communities. The role requires HVAC certification and knowledge of common repairs.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, apartment make-ready, and pool upkeep. The position emphasizes teamwork, a strong customer service mindset, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Promote good professional relations with residents, co-workers, and staff; conduct on-call emergency rotations; follow OSHA safety guidelines.
