Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Two years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License, EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per company policy.
• Maintain building and grounds daily; keep areas clean and organized.
• Promote professional relations with residents and staff; participate in on-call rotations.
• Follow safety guidelines per OSHA and company policy.
