Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks dependable maintenance professionals to keep our communities clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.

As Maintenance Technician II, you will handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community. HVAC certification and a valid driver's license are required; two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License, EPA/HVAC Certification, CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company guidelines.
