Two years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and EPA/HVAC certification. The role includes on-call rotation and opportunities for career growth within Hawthorne's live-it culture.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• EPA/HVAC Certification is required.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
