Hawthorne Residential Partners is hiring for Maintenance Technician II. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance across the community, ensuring vacant units are prepared for move-ins and common areas stay in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintain building and common areas daily; keep shop organized for quick inventory checks.
• Promote professional relations with residents, co-workers, and staff; display a friendly, courteous attitude.
