Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Charleston, SC is seeking a vigilant Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across communities. A valid HVAC certification and driving license are required; CPO is a plus.

You'll work Monday–Friday with on-call duties, earn bonuses, and advance along our career path as you develop skills in maintenance and customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and certification required or preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification and driver’s license are required.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• ,
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and common areas daily.
• Foster positive relations with residents and coworkers; participate in on-call rotations.
