Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across our community. HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license are required to maintain Hawthorne standards and service quality.

The role includes on-call responsibilities, opportunities for growth within the property management track, and participation in our Living It culture.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification required; CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building and common areas daily.

Education

High School or GED equivalent

Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred

EPA/ HVAC Certification

Valid Driver's License

CPO Certification is a plus
