Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our maintenance team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain apartment communities, handle work orders, and support preventative maintenance with HVAC certification.

On-site role with on-call rotation and a focus on safety and quality helps residents enjoy clean, well-kept homes. Education includes High School or GED; two years of apartment maintenance preferred; valid driver’s license; EPA/HVAC

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification required.
• CPO Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
