Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Savannah, GA to perform on-site maintenance across a multi-family community. You will diagnose and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure move-ins meet company standards.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, and EPA/HVAC certification (CPO a plus). Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification or equivalent required; CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed to Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
