Drury Inn & Suites – Louisville is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I to keep the property safe, clean, and well‑operated. You will perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC to support guest experiences.

The role offers hands-on maintenance with opportunities for training and growth within a family‑owned hospitality system; strong English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge including ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall work.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure a safe facility.
• Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance activities.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
