Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites - Sharonville is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to keep the property safe and well‑running. You will perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment, and help maintain grounds.

The role offers a negotiable base salary, quarterly bonus opportunities up to $3,200, flexible scheduling, hotel discounts, and room nights. You will join a team focused on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems.
Ability to dismantle and repair equipment and restore functionality.
Knowledge of pool water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanicals.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Willingness to respond to emergencies and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
Implement safety and regulatory programs for facility operations.
Keep detailed records and reports.
Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
Contribute to guest experience through courteous service.
