Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure the safe, smooth operation of our property. You will perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, and carry out preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring preventative maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of building maintenance including minor electrical repair and plumbing.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair machinery faults.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running property; perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on systems including HVAC, water systems and related equipment.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest experience through courteous service.
