Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; EPA/ HVAC Certification; CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for the next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and common areas daily and keep grounds neat.
