Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in North Charleston, SC. You will handle work orders independently, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community.

This role requires HVAC certification and working knowledge of routine repairs, with a schedule Monday–Friday and on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required for HVAC work.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed to Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and common area upkeep daily.

Education
