Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our portfolio of single-family homes. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver a high-quality resident experience across multiple trades while traveling between properties with a company vehicle.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least one year of related maintenance experience, with strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of related property maintenance or building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service to residents.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple trade categories to reduce future issues.
Complete property condition assessments and flag items needing immediate attention to property management.
Operate and care for company tools and vehicles, following safety policies.
