Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to service single-family rental homes. You will complete scheduled and resident-requested repairs, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues, and perform exterior and interior maintenance to keep homes safe and move-in ready.

You will inspect properties, document work performed, and update service orders using mobile tools.
