Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to manage apartment community upkeep and assist the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks, and support the overall maintenance program to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and participate in the community maintenance plan.
