Highmark Residential, LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician II at Grande Court at Boggy Creek in Kissimmee, Florida. This role entails performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community while assisting the Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in apartment maintenance and A/C certification.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
