Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at the Maple Brook community. You will work closely with the Service Manager to carry out maintenance and keep the community in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, holds an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver’s license, and is willing to work a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
