Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties at the Bentley Green community. You will assist the Service Manager and help maintain the property while delivering quality resident service.

Qualifications include at least one year of apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule with on-call readiness. The role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of our team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
