Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Maple Brook. The role covers appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties within an apartment community, with support from the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will assist with service requests, preventative maintenance, and resident events, contributing to the community’s preservation plan and timely operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs; respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
