Job summary

Mayfair Management Group, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Forest Village Estates in Oklahoma City, OK. You will perform maintenance tasks across grounds, units, and common areas, handling preventive and urgent repairs while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates own basic tools and can read/write simple instructions, communicate well with residents and staff, and demonstrate teamwork. Benefits include training, vacation, 401(k), and insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Handle grounds, custodial duties, and basic repairs (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Coordinate with residents and other staff to ensure safety and quality.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
