Mayfair Management Group is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician II to join our Spring Villas community in Austin, TX. You will perform a broad range of building maintenance tasks to preserve the property's physical integrity and resident experience.

Ideal candidates own basic tools, can read and follow instructions, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and are committed to teamwork. Weekends, on-call, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Team player and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to preserve and enhance apartment community facilities.
• Handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance work.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
