Job summary

Mayfair Management Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our property management team. You will perform a range of duties to maintain and enhance our apartment communities, including grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliances and some AC experience. Own basic tools; bilingual preferred; weekends, on call and overtime required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and building upkeep.
• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work and appliances.
• Some HVAC/AC experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and memos.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community, including grounds and all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency).
• Perform tasks across grounds, repairs, and make-readies as needed to ensure property integrity and resident satisfaction.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make readies and some A/C experience.
