Mayfair Management Group in Austin, TX is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician I to help maintain and enhance our apartment communities. You will handle general maintenance, perform preventive and emergency repairs, and ensure the physical integrity of the property while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and A/C experience, plus the ability to read and interpret technical procedures.

Qualifikationen

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
