Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Weston Reserve in North Carolina. The role involves performing appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks across the community, supporting the Service Manager and maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an AC Certification Type II or Universal, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
