Job summary

Highmark Residential in Sanford, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the apartment community. You will support the Service Manager and help ensure quality, timely service.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, emergency response per policy, and assisting with resident events, contributing to the community preservation program and ongoing maintenance efforts.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and self-starter attitude.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar property environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Support the ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
