Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Cambridge Cove in Lakeland, FL. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties under the Maintenance Supervisor.

This role supports the community by performing preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with resident functions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.
• You’re punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• You have experience in apartment maintenance.
• You’re a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
