Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in The Blake is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the community.

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor, handle preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and contribute to the ongoing preservation program while delivering reliable, friendly service to residents.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities for career progression and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community events.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance preservation plan.
